³ÉÈËÔ¼ÅÚÍøÕ¾ Inclusive Education Pathway (formerly Special Admissions)

³ÉÈËÔ¼ÅÚÍøÕ¾'s Inclusive Education Pathway provides accessible education and training opportunities for applicants who have graduated from high school with modified or adjusted outcomes and do not meet ³ÉÈËÔ¼ÅÚÍøÕ¾'s admission requirements.

Steps to Apply

Step 1: Confirm your eligibility

To be considered for this pathway, you must meet the following criteria:

• Completion of high school (or in your final year)
• Your transcript indicates course modifications in Math, Science or English OR you completed the Essential Skills Achievement Pathway: Workplace Readiness program.
• You are interested in a post-secondary learning experience!

Step 2: Explore the list of available programs.

Step 3: Choose your preferred program(s).

Step 4: Submit your ³ÉÈËÔ¼ÅÚÍøÕ¾ application.

The deadline for Inclusive Education applications depends on the start date of the program you choose.  Please note the application deadlines for the upcoming academic year:

Next Steps

• After we receive your application, you will be contacted by an ³ÉÈËÔ¼ÅÚÍøÕ¾ Learning Strategist to schedule an interview.
• It is important that you provide us with a current email address and check your email regularly, so you do not miss important communication.
• You will be invited to an interview with an ³ÉÈËÔ¼ÅÚÍøÕ¾ Learning Strategist and the Academic Chair of your chosen program.
• Following the interview, you will be contacted by ³ÉÈËÔ¼ÅÚÍøÕ¾ Admissions by email to inform you of your status: accepted, not accepted or waitlisted.

Academic Upgrading

If the Inclusive Education Pathway does not sound like the right fit for you, perhaps you would like to consider Academic Upgrading. 

³ÉÈËÔ¼ÅÚÍøÕ¾ offers part-time math, science and English courses online to provide another way for you to continue your learning journey.

Successful completion of these academic upgrading courses replaces the modified outcomes on your transcript, thereby qualifying you for regular admissions.
