Fortunately, there are a variety of financial support options available to help make college more affordable. These resources are designed to ease the burden of tuition, books, housing, and other expenses, so you can concentrate on achieving your academic goals.

Financial Resources

Student Loans - Both the Provincial/Territorial Government and the Government of Canada work together to provide student financial assistance. Loans, grants, and bursaries are available to help you access and pay for post-secondary education. With one application, you will be considered for student financial assistance from both the Provincial/Territorial Government and the Government of Canada. 

Students will be assessed for two kinds of funding: student loan funds that must be repaid and grants and bursaries that do not need to be repaid.

Training and Skills Development - The Training and Skills Development (TSD) program has been introduced to ensure that case-managed individuals, whose employment action plan identifies skill development as being necessary, have access to funding to assist them in achieving their goals and allow them to quickly return to work. Working NB - To help employers recruit and retain individuals in certain occupations, WorkingNB offers flexibility in funding for occupational training through the Labour Force Training Program as a temporary measure. To find out more about this program please . 

Indigenous Services Canada – Provides financial assistance to First Nations students who are enrolled in an eligible post-secondary program. To find out more information click .

Sponsored Students

Students who are having their tuition and fees paid by an agency, employer, or First Nation must provide completed sponsorship letters before the start of their program or course.

Completed sponsorship letters are to be forwarded to studentrecords@nbcc.ca.

A sponsorship letter must include:

  • Student’s name and ID
  • Details of what is covered (e.g., tuition, books, Student Representative Council Fee, health & dental, etc.)
  • Contact information (who the invoice should be sent to, including contact name and email address)
  • A reference number, if required by the sponsor (not mandatory)

If there is no sponsorship letter, please fill in the and send it to studentrecords@nbcc.ca.

Budgeting and saving money as a student can be tough sometimes. We have some great tools below to help you manage your money and be creative with budgeting.

Some money savings tips and tricks that can help you out along the way!

KOFE provides you with Knowledge of Financial Education through various online and in-person supports that you need to take control of your finances and feel more empowered. !
  • Student Discounts - As a student, you have access to tons of amazing discounts! To start saving, make sure you have your . Then, head over to the to explore the full list of exclusive student deals.
  • Create a budget - Using a  will help you to see what your needs are where you can be flexible to have a few extras.
  • Track your spending - Using a budget app like , , or . It is easier to make changes when you know where you're spending your money.
  • Consider a roommate. Connect with potential roommates through , local campus social media or through your local Student Union. Apps like  can help you schedule, divide costs and ask for money without the awkwardness.
  • Cooking (healthy) on a budget. Various sites such as offer ways to make healthy meals economically.
  • Cook in bulk. Prepare big meals and divide them into containers. Bring the leftovers with you to school and heat them up. There are microwaves available at every campus.
  • Cut out expensive cable packages. Opt for one streaming service instead! Try  or 
  • Rewards program. Check where you can redeem earned points/rewards to make purchases from your favorite store.

Payment Plans

成人约炮网站 has partnered with PayMyTuition to provide students and their families with an interest-free Payment Plan option. This plan allows tuition fees to be paid in up to three automatic monthly installments per term, helping to make payments more manageable.

Key details:

  • The Payment Plan is not a loan.
  • A non-refundable $50 fee applies each term that a plan is arranged.
  • Payment Plans are available to students who are in good financial standing (i.e., no history of defaulting on a past plan or missing payment deadlines).

This option is designed to offer greater flexibility while ensuring tuition fees are paid on time.
