Requests for Refunds are the responsibility of the student to submit.
Please see the academic calendar for eligible refund dates prior to submitting a refund request. Refunds do not include non-refundable fees, i.e. confirmation deposit fee, other non-refundable fees etc. per tuition policy.
International students (with proof of study permit refusal) who did not attend classes (in-person or virtual) are entitled to a 100% refund; less Payment 1 (non-refundable) of the confirmation deposit. International students who choose to remain enrolled in studies remotely from their country (without a study permit final approval) who attended class; standard refund policy applies.
Students who are sponsored or receiving student loans will have the refund sent to the sponsoring agency or lending institution.

No, the $250.00 confirmation deposits are non-refundable
International Students:
Payment #1 ($1500.00) of your confirmation deposit is non-refundable.
However, any additional payments are eligible for a refund.
