Recruitment Opportunities
  • Participate in our job fairs. 成人约炮网站 job fairs are held in 6 locations across New Brunswick each winter. There are significant recruitment opportunities for hundreds of employers. Make sure you book early before they fill up and watch your email as we'll notify you when registration is open.

  • Present to a class. A lot of time students aren't aware of all employers and what opportunities they have, so engaging directly with classes is a great way to drive recruitment for your workforce in addition to enhancing the student experience by bringing industry information to the classroom. Class engagements are available in all programs and if you are interested, we can connect you with the relevant academic team.
  • Product and Equipment Demonstrations - many times this is in conjunction with class presentations. Bringing the latest tools, equipment or technology to demonstrate to students is a great way to expose them and our instructors to the latest industry trends while introducing them to your organization.
  • Bring a class to you - Site tours are a great way to build excitement and show students the real workplace. Our instructors are always excited to help host visits.
  • Host an information session on campus - Set up an info booth on campus to meet with students and discuss opportunities - these are facilitated with each campus and we can help.
  • Post jobs on our alumni website - You may not be aware that 成人约炮网站 Alumni offers a zero-cost job posting site which is also our most popular online destination. Simply follow the links to register and begin posting job opportunities.
  • Hire a practicum or co-op student - work placements are a great way to help students get valuable on-the-job experience and are also a great recruitment tool. All programs have some form of work placement. While there is no expectation or commitment, work placements can also lead to long-term employment (at the employer's discretion).
Brand Awareness Opportunties
  • Provide promotional products to students - Students love swag and other useful things like safety equipment or tools. Donating branded products to students is a great way to promote your organization.
  • Name a space(s) ($) - Our campuses host thousands of students and the public each year, sponsoring a space is a great way to show future employees, customers and the public you’re your organization is engaged and helping to transform New Brunswick’s workforce.
  • Create or Expand a Bursary Program ($) - Having named bursaries provides needed support for students financially struggling and increases retention. It also demonstrates your commitment to education in a tangible way.

Donations of new or used equipment to programs put your products and your brand front and center of the learning experience. Additionally, having students build familiarity with your brand promotes affinity and job readiness.

  • Meet with the academic team related to your industry - Have questions for our academic team on specific programs or areas, they are always happy to connect with industry partners for meetings or a phone call. We can help build a relationship with our academic team.
  • Join a relevant Program Advisory Committee - We regularly meet with industry to discuss trends and curriculum. This ensures our programming is relevant. If you are interested in having your organization participate as a program advisor we are happy to connect you.
  • Attend a regional event and other 成人约炮网站 experience - During the year, you will receive information about events or other college activities in your area. These are a great way to keep connected.
